After school
forest school
St Margaret’s
Exclusively for St Margaret’s Primary School pupils in Years 2 through 6, we are registering interest for a potential after-school forest school club at the school.
We are registering interest to see if there is enough interest to start a new forest school after-school club at St Margaret’s Rottingdean with Kids Adventurist.
The club would run from 3:15 PM to 5:00 PM, with pick-up at the school gate entrance.
We aim to keep the group small, so we can offer attention and focus on developing forest school skills and activities - and having fun with your kiddos.
The sessions are led by Matt & Bex Coyne. Matt is a Forest School Leader and outdoor first aid qualified and Bex is a Level 1 forest school assistant and a qualified teacher of over 20 years.
Activities could range from learning to whittle, outdoors arts and crafts, cooking / creating over fire and plenty of games!
The cost is £9 per session, bookable in term chunks.
Session details
Dates: Monday 2nd June - Monday 21 July (8 sessions)
Time: 3.15 - 5pm
Year Groups: Year group 2-6

“I felt totally confident in booking with Kids Adventurist due to pre-information received and the reassurance of the qualifications and training from the team.
Upon arrival, the warm greeting by the team ensured all the children went off for the day with ease. One of the main reasons for booking was its commitment to providing a ‘real’ forest school experience with the opportunity to use tools and learn how to work in the outdoors.”
