Kids Adventurist and Get Creative join forces for an artistic adventure
We’re thrilled to announce a one-of-a-kind collaboration between Kids Adventurist and Get Creative Saltdean!
Together, we’ve crafted an artistic adventure from Saltdean to the Tye, blending the thrill of exploration with the joy of creativity for kids.
Your kiddos can join us on Wednesday 28th of August for a day of creativity and adventure in our local playground - the Tye and surrounding spaces.
What’s it all about?
The session is designed to inspire kids to develop their creative side while exploring our local area around Saltdean, helping keep them active and inspiring their imagination this summer.
Your experienced leaders from Kids Adventurist and Get Creative will lead the kids on a nature walk, learning about our local environment, while also incorporating fun activities like scavenger hunts and more outdoor skills.
We'll then set up camp for the day on the Tye where we will enjoy a hands-on creative session led by the talented Nicola from Creative Saltdean, as well as unleashing their mini adventurist, as they help to create a base camp and learn some bushcraft skills.
We believe that this unique collaboration between adventure and creativity will not only be a fun-filled day, but also provide valuable learning experiences for your children.

Get Creative is a local community art club, helping kids to discover their artistic potential. Led by experienced artist and teacher with many years experience working across Sussex.
Kids Adventurist
Kids Adventurist is all about getting kids outside, exploring their surroundings and having fun! With an emphasis on outdoor activities that promote physical activity, inclusion, teamwork and problem-solving skills, Kids Adventurist helps children connect with nature while also developing important life skills.

What if you're worried about your kid not wanting to walk?
First thing to do is… not worry.
We're used to introducing kids to the outdoors and have plenty of fun games, treasure hunts and tricks up our sleeve to help get the kids out exploring in our wonderful playground. They'll soon forget they're on a walk and be lost in the excitement of adventure! (and we’re not actually walking that far either… maybe a couple of kilometres at the start and end of the day max).
